Q:  Do your products come with a warranty?

Q:  Can I disassemble the unit to move?
A:  It is not recommended that RTA furniture be disassembled.
Q:  How do I clean the unit?
A:  Dust or wipe with product with dry cloth. Damp cloth could be used sparingly.
Q:  How long does it take to receive a replacement part?
A:  7-14 business days
Q:  What payments does AmeriwoodHome.com accept?
A:  Any major credit card. However, we only sell products in our Last Chance section of the site. These items have limited quantities.
Q:  What am I required to have in order to file a warranty claim on my item?
A:  Copy of original sales receipt and pictures of the unit.
Q:  What if an item is out of stock?
A:  If an item is Out of stock, you will be notified and can either cancel your order, pick a different item, or once the item comes back in stock it will ship.
